Chicken Livers Gourmet

Ingredients
  Washington fryer livers 2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Mushrooms/2 cans of 8 ounce each sliced mushrooms, drained 2 Pound, sliced
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In skillet, melt butter.
Saute onion in butter until it begins to brown.
Stir in mushrooms and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chicken livers and saute quickly until they have lost all pinkness.
Combine soy sauce, chili sauce, sour cream and wine.
Stir into chicken livers and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with hot biscuits, rice seasoned with chicken broth or crepes.
If reheating, do not allow to boil or sour cream will curdle
