Yogurt Barbecued Chicken
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade Or Commercial)|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Cider vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Dash|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into 8 pieces|
Combine all ingredients except chicken in food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow dish and pour marinade evenly over top.
Cover and refrigerate 48 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare charcoal grill.
Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
Grill over slow fire for about 1 hour, turning often and basting frequently with marinade.
