|Soy sauce||7 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients except chicken.
Mix thoroughly until blended.
Place chicken parts in shallow glass Pyrex dish; pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally to marinate evenly.
Arrange chicken parts with larger pieces in the corners of the dish and the smaller pieces in the center.
Bake in microwave oven 22-24 minutes until chicken is tender.
Let stand 4 minutes before serving.
