Chicken In Lemon Dill Butter
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
|Frying chickens||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces (1 Whole)|
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add all ingredients (except chicken) in order given; bring to boil.
Add chicken; bring to boil, but do not actually boil.
Cover skillet; lower heat.
Simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken to platter.
Serve with noodles or rice, over which remaining liquid has been poured
