|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red currant jelly||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sprinkle MSG on chicken.
Heat butter or margarine in skillet.
Add chicken and cook at 360Â° F (moderate) until brown on all sides.
Add wine, cover and cook for 35 minutes at 300Â° F turning and basting frequently, approximately 30 minutes or until done.
Add sour cream and stir.
Heat thoroughly and pour over chicken.
