Chicken Breasts And Mushrooms In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Boned chicken breasts 6
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Arrange chickens in casserole dish.
In a bowl mix soup, sour cream, sherry and sauteed mushrooms.
Pour over chicken and bake at 300°F for 2 hours.
This may seem like a great deal of sauce but it is needed by the time the chicken is cooked, particularly if it is served with rice.
It was recommended to me that I should allow 2 breasts for each man, one per lady
