  White wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast halves 3 Large, skinned
Directions

Combine vinegar, sherry and soy sauce.
Place breasts in mixture and freeze.
