Scalloped Chicken

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dice cooked chicken meat.
Thicken broth with a paste made of flour and 2 tablespoons fat and season with salt and pepper.
Fill a baking dish with alternate layers of crackers, chicken and potatoes.
Cover with crumbs.
Pour in the gravy, dot with bits of butter or other fat, and bake 15 to 20 minutes in a moderate oven (350 ° -400 ° F.).
