Lemon Dill Chicken
|Chicken breast halves||6 Small|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped dill/1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
Remove skin and bones from chicken breasts.
Place margarine in 3 quart microwavable casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high until melted, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Arrange chicken in margarine with thickest pieces to outside edge.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 minutes.
Mix wine, lemon juice, salt and dill weed; pour over chicken.
Place lemon slices on chicken; rotate casserole 1/2 turn.
Cover and microwave until chicken is done, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
Let stand 5 minutes; sprinkle with onions.
