Chicken Chilli Fry
|Ginger||1⁄2 , very finely chopped|
|Desi ghee||2 Tablespoon (Clarified Butter)|
|Roasted pounded cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Green chili||1 , chopped|
|Curry leaves||4 (Few Leaves Are Required)|
|Small carrot||1 , cut into small cubes|
|Cut boiled french beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boil 5 minutes in the microwave|
|Cubed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (0.25 Cubed)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shelled boiled green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boil 5 minutes in the microwave|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Skin and debone the chicken breasts and cut into 1/2 pieces.
Mix chicken with ginger keep aside.
Microwave covered in a shallow dish ghee for 30 seconds and then add cummin seeds, onion, green chilli and curry leaves and microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir in carrot, frenchbeans and potatoes and microwave covered for 3 minutes.
Mix in water and microwave further for 5 minutes.
Stir in peas and chicken pieces and microwave for another 5 minutes stirring in between.
Mix in salt and lime juice.
