Chicken Chilli Fry

Chicken Chilli Fry has a fiery taste. The green chilli with lime juice gives the Chicken Chilli Fry a burning taste. Must catch it.
  Chicken breasts 2
  Ginger 1⁄2 , very finely chopped
  Desi ghee 2 Tablespoon (Clarified Butter)
  Roasted pounded cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green chili 1 , chopped
  Curry leaves 4 (Few Leaves Are Required)
  Small carrot 1 , cut into small cubes
  Cut boiled french beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boil 5 minutes in the microwave
  Cubed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (0.25 Cubed)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shelled boiled green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boil 5 minutes in the microwave
  Salt To Taste
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)

Skin and debone the chicken breasts and cut into 1/2 pieces.
Mix chicken with ginger keep aside.
Microwave covered in a shallow dish ghee for 30 seconds and then add cummin seeds, onion, green chilli and curry leaves and microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir in carrot, frenchbeans and potatoes and microwave covered for 3 minutes.
Mix in water and microwave further for 5 minutes.
Stir in peas and chicken pieces and microwave for another 5 minutes stirring in between.
Mix in salt and lime juice.
