Chicken Rosemary And Orange

Ingredients
  Frying chickens 2 , cut up
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Orange juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oranges 2 , thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut up two fryers; salt lightly and fry quickly in cooking oil in a heavy frying pan.
Place browned pieces in a large casserole dish.
Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper, rosemary, garlic powder and paprika.
Mix together orange juice, lemon juice and brown sugar.
Pour over chicken pieces and cover with orange slices.
Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
Raise heat to 425°F for an additional 15 minutes.
Should be beautifully glazed.
