Orange Sesame Chicken

|Unsalted butter/Vegetable oil||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Skinless boneless chicken||1 Pound, cut in bite size pieces (500 Gram)|
|Celery stalks||2 , thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Mandarin orange segments||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Soy sauce||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sesame seed||25 Milliliter, toasted (2 Tablespoon)|
In large heavy skillet, melt butter; stir fry chicken, celery and garlic for 7 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and celery is tender crisp.
Stir in orange segments, soy Sauce and sesame seed and cook just until heated through.
