Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into 16 pieces
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Apples 2 , cored and cut into small chunk (Well Flavored)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Black pepper To Taste
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce (Medium Variety Noodles)
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

Remove as much skin and external fat as possible from chicken.
Heat oil in skillet large enough to hold chicken pieces in single layer.
Brown chicken on both sides in hot oil over medium heat.
Remove and set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in same pan until onion is soft.
Add to pan wine, apple juice and ginger and cook over medium high heat until liquid is reduced to 1 cup.
Stir cornstarch into yogurt.
Add to pan with apples and chicken and season with pepper.
Freeze.
