Lemon Chicken

Lemon Chicken is ranked 15th in my favourite food list. The White wine and lemon flavour gives the Lemon Chicken a pungent and bracing taste.
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Paprika To Taste

Place chicken in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Mix wine, lemon juice, oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 lemon and garlic; pour over chicken pieces.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Remove chicken and lemon slices from marinade.
Discard lemon slices; reserve marinade.
Arrange chicken with thickest parts to outside edge in casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 12 minutes.
Place chicken bone sides down on grill, 5 to 6 inches from medium coals.
Cover and grill, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with reserved marinade, until chicken is done, 15 to 20 minutes.
Roll edges of fresh lemon slices in paprika; arrange around chicken.
Garnish with celery leaves, if desired.
