|Soya sauce||1 Teaspoon (For Color)|
|Chilli sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), mashed|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Dry breadcrumbs||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon wedges||4 (For Garnish)|
Skin and debone the chicken breasts but keeping half of the wishbone on each piece: 2 pieces are made from each breast.
Beat the pieces with a knife to tenderise them.
Marinate chicken breasts for 30 minutes with soya sauce, chilli sauce, garlic, 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper.
Dip the breasts in egg and then pat each piece on either side with breadcrumbs.
Dribble 4 tsp of hot oil on a serving dish and pat the chicken chops well on either side.
Microwave for 5 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Turn over and microwave for another 5 minutes.
Let it stand for 3 minutes.
