Chicken Hot Pot

Chicken Hot Pot is simple to make. The carrot and chilli sauce gives the Chicken Hot Pot a two dimensional taste.
Ingredients
  Chicken 800 Gram, cut into pieces
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1
  Celery 1 , finely sliced
  Carrot 1 , finely sliced
  Potato 1 , skinned and sliced
  Barley 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce/Chili sauce 1 Dash
  Lime 1 , juiced
Directions

Microwave in a large deep bowl all the above ingredients upto barley, for 15 minutes.
Let it stand and when it comes to room temperature, remove chicken pieces, shred into medium size pieces (removing the bones) and put back into the bowl.
When ready to serve mix in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 7-10 minutes.
