Chicken Hot Pot
|Chicken||800 Gram, cut into pieces|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Celery||1 , finely sliced|
|Carrot||1 , finely sliced|
|Potato||1 , skinned and sliced|
|Tabasco sauce/Chili sauce||1 Dash|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
Microwave in a large deep bowl all the above ingredients upto barley, for 15 minutes.
Let it stand and when it comes to room temperature, remove chicken pieces, shred into medium size pieces (removing the bones) and put back into the bowl.
When ready to serve mix in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 7-10 minutes.
