Fried Chicken With Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  Chickens 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 Small
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bay leaves 2
Directions

Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Brown chicken-on all sides in 1/4 cup oil in large skillet.
Reserve grind onions and garlic together, using fine knife of food chopper.
Add sugar, lime juice, and curry powder, cook in remaining oil in saucepan until onion is tender.
Add coconut milk and bay leaves; pour over chicken.
Cover.
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes
