Chicken Hot Dish

Ingredients
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Evaporated milk 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Chinese noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green pepper/Pimientos 1 , chopped
  Cooked celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in a baking dish.
Set dish in pan of hot water.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 275 degrees.
Increase temperature to 325 degrees; bake 30 minutes longer.
Garnish with mashed egg yolks and strips of egg whites.
