Zesty Chicken Bites
|Chicken wings||2 Pound|
|Ground peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed croutons||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Plain Ones)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Dash|
|Ground red pepper||1 Dash|
|Milk/Melted butter / margarine||3 Tablespoon|
Rinse the chicken wings; pat dry.
Cut chicken wings at joints into three separate parts.
Refrigerate tips and center portions for another use.
In a mixing bowl stir together the ground peanuts, crushed plain croutons, parsley, sesame seed, paprika, ginger, and red pepper.
Brush chicken with milk or butter or margarine; roll in crumb mixture.
Place chicken on a nonmetal rack in a 12x7y2x2 inch nonmetal baking dish.
Micro cook, loosely covered with waxed paper, on 100% power (HIGH) for 5 to 6 minutes or till chicken is tender, giving the dish a half turn once during cooking.
