Oven Crunched Herb And Sesame Chicken
|Plain flour||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Herb stuffing mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (85 Grams / 1 Packet Of Parsley, Thyme And Lemon Mix)|
|Sesame seeds||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 Large, beaten|
|Sunflower oil||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
Pull off and discard the skin from the chicken legs.
Wipe them carefully with kitchen paper (paper towels), then dust the legs with flour.
Mix the stuffing with the sesame seeds and garlic salt.
Dip the legs in the beaten egg, then the stuffing mixture.
Pour the oil in a shallow baking tin (pan).
Place the chicken legs in it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190Â°C/375Â°F/gas mark 5 for 20 minutes, turn over and cook on the other side for a further 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Leave to cool.
Place in an airtight container.
