Chicken Sweet And Hot
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Red currant jelly||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||3 Dash|
Heat all ingredients except chicken, stirring until jelly is melted and sauce is smooth; cool.
Put chicken into baking dish; pour sauce over.
Let marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cover chicken; cook 1 hour.
Uncover chicken; increase oven to 400 degrees.
Baste frequently until chicken is brown
