Roast Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Onion 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), sliced
  Carrot 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), diced
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (fresh)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dry white wine 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Chicken 4 Pound, roasted and disjointed
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Brown vegetables in butter in skillet sprinkle with flour.
Add seasonings, chives, and wine; cover.
Simmer for 10 minutes add chicken.
Cover.
Cook for 15 minutes, remove chicken to serving platter; add oil to vegetables.
Reheat; pour vegetable mixture over chicken
