Chicken-Artichoke Bowl

Ingredients
  Low calorie russian salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Thin onion slices 4 , separated into rings
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Frozen artichoke hearts 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Pimientos 2 Ounce, drained and chopped to make 1/4 cup (1 Jar)
  Chicken breasts 3 Large, skinned, boned, cooked, and chilled
  Torn lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn romaine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn fresh spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In medium saucepan combine salad dressing, water, onion, garlic, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
Bring to boiling; add frozen artichoke hearts.
Cook hearts till tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped pimiento; chill.
Cut chilled chicken into cubes.
At serving time drain chilled artichoke mixture, reserving marinade.
Cut artichokes into bite-sized pieces, if desired.
Toss artichoke mixture with chicken cubes, torn greens, and enough of the reserved marinade to coat greens; toss lightly.
