Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream is rich with a creamy twist. The flavors of mushrooms, sherry wine and sour cream just add to the taste of chicken. Why don't you give this rich tasting and flavorsome Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream a try.
  Chicken breasts 4 , boned
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sherry wine 60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Dash

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap.
Cover with sliced mushrooms.
Combine undiluted mushroom soup, sherry wine and sour cream.
Stir until blended.
Pour over chicken, completely covering it.
Dash with paprika.
Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
