Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream
|Chicken breasts||4 , boned|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sherry wine||60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap.
Cover with sliced mushrooms.
Combine undiluted mushroom soup, sherry wine and sour cream.
Stir until blended.
Pour over chicken, completely covering it.
Dash with paprika.
Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
