Sweet 'N Sour Chicken
|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Whole chicken breasts||3 Pound, skinned and halved (4 In Number)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Basil leaf||1 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned water packed peach slices||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Place sliced potatoes in crock pot.
Arrange chicken breasts on potatoes.
Combine orange juice, brown sugar, basil, nutmeg and vinegar.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with dried parsley flakes.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove chicken breasts and potatoes from sauce and arrange on a warm platter.
Turn crock pot to high setting.
Add peach slices to sauce.
Heat until serving temperature.
Pour sauce over chicken and potatoes.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
