|Chopped stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in shallow dish.
Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, brown chicken in oil in skillet; add tomatoes.
Cook for 5 minutes, stir in raisins, olives, onion, and water.
Cover, simmer for 45 minutes.
Add cinnamon stick for 10 minutes before end of cooking time
