Baked Chicken

If you want some yummy baked chicken then this is the recipe for you! I often make it as a surprise treat for my family. Try making this Baked Chicken for yourself and you will understand why we are so addicted to it!
Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 6 Pound (2 In Number, 3 Pound Each)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Seasoned stuffing mix 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut chicken into desired pieces.
Roll in mushroom soup; if too thick, soup maybe thinned with a small amount of milk.
Roll chicken in stuffing mix and place on a cookie sheet.
Melt margarine; pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 to 2 hours or until chicken is done.
