|Mushroom||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chicken with rice soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Evaporated milk||5 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chicken/1 cup diced chicken||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix above ingredients together, place in casserole and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake 1 hour at 350Â°.
