|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Broiler fryer chicken||1 , skinned and cut into pieces|
In a small bowl, combine soy, granulated and brown sugars hoisin, and garlic salt; blend well.
Arrange chicken pieces in a 7 by 11 inch baking dish with meaty portions to outside of dish.
Pour soy mixture evenly over chicken.
Let chicken marinate for 15 minutes.
Pour off and reserve marinade.
Cover chicken with wax paper.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 8 minutes.
Turn chicken over and brush with reserved marinade.
Microwave, covered, on HIGH (100%) for 8 to 9 minutes or until meat near thigh bone is no longer pink when slashed.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
