Chicken Breasts Royale
|Whole chicken breasts||3 , split and skinned|
|Dried beef||2 1⁄2 Ounce, chopped (1 Jar)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
Wrap one slice bacon around each chicken breast.
Place a layer of chopped beef in bottom of a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
Arrange chicken breasts over top of beef.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 12 to 14 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Mix together soup, sour cream and cream cheese.
Pour over chicken.
Replace plastic wrap and microwave 4 to 5 minutes [ROASTS, 5 to 7 minutes].
