|Pork||2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Veal||2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Season pork and veal with saltandpepper.
Place 3 pieces each veal andpork alternately on wooden skewers; dip in eggs.
Roll in cracker crumbs; place in greased roasting pan.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; turn and continue baking for 1 hour
