Ingredients
  Pork 2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Veal 2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season pork and veal with saltandpepper.
Place 3 pieces each veal andpork alternately on wooden skewers; dip in eggs.
Roll in cracker crumbs; place in greased roasting pan.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; turn and continue baking for 1 hour
