Home Made Barbecued Chicken
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Halved chickens/Desired pieces||8|
Combine all ingredients for sauce in saucepan which is suitable to place on charcoal grill.
Bring to a boil and keep hot; stir before each basting.
Place chicken on grill, basting and turning every 5 to 10 minutes for about 1 hour.
