Ingredients
  White wine 4 Ounce
  Oil 4 Ounce
  White vinegar 2 Ounce
  Green onion 2 , chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken 4 Pound
  Orange slice 1
Directions

Combine ingredients and marinate chicken pieces for 2 hours.
Place a sheet of foil on the grill and shape it like a boat to catch the juices.
Arrange chicken on top, and cook for about 20 minutes each side, basting often with juices and some of the marinade.
When chicken is done, serve with orange slices.
