Chicken Rose

Ingredients
  Rose wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil/Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), sliced
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breasts 3 , split
Directions

Combine wine with soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, ginger, oregano and brown sugar.
Arrange chicken in baking dish; pour wine mixture over top.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve over wild rice.
