Frogs Legs Meat And Chicken
|Chicken meat||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Frogs legs meat||1⁄4 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ginger slice||1 , chopped|
|Scallions||2 , chopped|
|Mushrooms||4 , sliced|
|Chicken stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Season the chicken and frogs legs meat with the sherry, salt and cornstarch.
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot add the ginger and scallions and stir once.
Add the meat and mushrooms and saute for 1 minute.
Add the chicken stock and soy sauce and stir once or twice.
Add the thickening to the pan and when it becomes smooth and thick, serve very hot on a shallow dish.
