|Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken breasts||4 , cooked and chopped|
|Chopped pimentos||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained|
|Canned crescent rolls||16 (Two 8 Count Cans)|
|Crushed croutons||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of the margarine in a large bowl; blend.
Add the Cheddar cheese, chicken, salt, pepper, pimentos, onion and mushrooms; mix well.
Unroll the dough and separate into 8 rectangles.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough, pressing perforations firmly to seal.
Spoon 2 tablespoons chicken mixture onto each dough rectangle.
Pull the four corners up to the top and pinch together to seal.
Arrange the bundles on an ungreased baking sheet.
Brush with the remaining 2 tablespoons margarine and sprinkle with the croutons.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
