Baked Chicken Tenders
|Chicken tenders||3 , frozen|
|Fat-free italian salad dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Arrange the frozen chicken in a 9xl3 inch baking dish.
Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken, enough to flavor each piece.
Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for several hours to allow chicken to thaw.
Combine the flour, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, cumin and garlic powder on waxed paper.
Coat each piece of chicken with the flour mixture and return to the baking dish.
Spray coated chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and uncover.
If some of the flour was not sprayed, spray with nonstick cooking spray and return to the oven for a few minutes longer
