The lower rating is due to, we are told to come to the website for the specific recipe, but it is not there, only the video wich says add "The herbs", WHAT HERBS??? However the video show the process of making fried chicken very well! We need specifics for those of us who are not familiar with making fried chicken!

Ingredients: 3 1/2 pound chicken, cut in 8 pieces 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp ground dried herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary, sage) 2 cups buttermilk for the seasoned flour: 2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 1/2 quarts peanut oil for frying
