Garlic-Crumbed Chicken Drumsticks
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken drumsticks||12 , skinned|
|Soda crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs), finley crushed|
|Dried oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
In shallow baking dish, large enough to hold all drumsticks, combine lemon juice, garlic, Tabasco, yogurt and season with salt and cayenne.
Place drumsticks in the dish, turn to coat with the yogurt mixture, cover, and let marinate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375Â° F.
Combine the cracker crumbs, oregano, mustard, and paprika in a large, shallow dish and season with salt and cayenne.
Roll the marinated drumsticks in the crumbs to coat well, and place them on a greased baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Brush drumsticks all over with melted butter.
Bake in center of oven, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
