Cheesy Chicken Shortcakes

Ingredients
  Processed soft cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Chicken broth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooked and cubed chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder biscuits 6
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 5
Directions

Melt cheese in the top of a double boiler.
Add chicken broth gradually, stirring constantly until sauce thickens; add chicken.
Split hot biscuits; spread with butter.
Put biscuits together with a generous filling of hot chicken cheese mixture; garnish with parsley.
