Cheesy Chicken Shortcakes
|Processed soft cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chicken broth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder biscuits||6|
Melt cheese in the top of a double boiler.
Add chicken broth gradually, stirring constantly until sauce thickens; add chicken.
Split hot biscuits; spread with butter.
Put biscuits together with a generous filling of hot chicken cheese mixture; garnish with parsley.
