Easy Baked Chicken
|Chicken pieces||3 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1⁄4 , chopped|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Coat the chicken with the bread crumbs and arrange in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Combine the mustard, orange juice concentrate, ketchup, garlic, onion and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Remove chicken from oven and loosen pieces stuck to bottom of the pan.
Spoon mustard mixture over each piece of chicken.
Return to oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes longer.
Remove from oven and carefully cover tightly with foil.
Return to oven and bake, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
