Easy Chicken And Rice Supper
|Canned cream soup||3 Can (30 oz)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Uncooked white rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thighs, Legs Or Breasts)|
Remove skin from chicken, and salt and pepper them.
In a 9x14 inch pan, mix soup with can of water.
Sprinkle uncooked rice on top of this.
Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Â°F for 2 hours.
Delicious! My mother in law makes this for us when we go home to New Brunswick.
