Chicken With Artichokes

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 4 Medium, split, skinned, and boned
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti sauce mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained
  Frozen artichoke hearts 9 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In skillet brown the chicken in hot oil.
Meanwhile, combine sauce mix, tomato sauce, sherry, and 1/4 cup water.
Simmer 10 minutes; stir in mushrooms.
Transfer chicken to 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Arrange artichokes around chicken; spoon sauce mixture over all.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
