Key Lime Chicken Broil
|Broiler fryer||3 , split|
|Lime juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Tarragon||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Wash chickens; pat dry.
Place, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan.
Mix lime juice, vegetable oil, onion, tarragon, and seasoned salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush generously over chickens.
Broil, turning every 10 minutes and brushing with more lime mixture, 40 minutes, or until the chickens are tender.
Remove to a heated large serving platter.
