Chicken And Onions Au
|Medium noodles||400 Gram (1 Package)|
|Frozen onions in cream sauce||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped pistachio nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook noodles, following the label directions; drain.
Combine with onions and 1 can of the mushroom soup in a greased shallow 12 cup baking dish; sprinkle with peas.
While noodles cook, pull skin from chicken breasts; cut each in half.
Arrange in a single layer over peas; spread with remaining can of soup; cover.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is tender and sauce is bubbly.
Garnish with chopped pistachio nuts, if you wish.
