Herbed Chicken Livers

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 Pound, cut in half
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle livers with salt, pepper, onion, parsley, tarragon.
Dust lightly with flour.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet over medium heat; add livers and cook about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
