Orange Ginger Chicken brings a genuniely unique flavor of the chicken. I found this dish simple and easy to cook and at the same time the result was extremely tasty and filling. The Orange Ginger Chicken is clearly something we can easily cook at home.
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 4 , halved (Whole)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce (1 Can Of 11 Ounce)
  Ginger root piece 1 (Fresh, 0.5 Inch)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled
  Crushed chile pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Bell pepper 1 (Red Or Yellow)

Coat the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with the vegetable oil.
Add the chicken, turning once to coat.
Combine the marmalade, soy sauce, cinnamon, black pepper and undrained mandarin oranges in a bowl and mix well.
Place the gingerroot, garlic and chile pepper in a teaball or tie in cheesecloth.
Stir into the orange mixture.
Stir in the onion and bell pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
