Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients
  Plain yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced ginger root 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken pieces 1 Kilogram
Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken.
Mix well.
Marinate chicken in mixture in bag for 6 to 24 hours, turning several times.
Place marinated chicken pieces in shallow pan and bake at 375°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
