Fried Chicken Divine

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4 Large, boned
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening/Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Hot cooked rice 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch strips.
Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Dip chicken strips into buttermilk, then roll in seasoned flour.
Heat oil 1/2 inch deep in skillet until drop of water added to fat sizzles.
Add chicken strips and fry until golden brown.
To serve, mound rice on platter.
Pour over Sauce Divine and top with fried chicken strips.
