Napoli Chicken Broil
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Italian salad dressing mix||12 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken breasts||96 Ounce (Weighing About 12 Ounces Each, 8 Chicken Breasts)|
Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; stir in salad dressing mix and lime juice.
Brush part over both sides of chicken.
Place the chicken, skin side down, on grill about 10 inches above hot coals.
Grill, turning and brushing pieces often with more butter mixture, 40 minutes, or until tender and richly glazed.
